Cacin take pride in our customer service and high rate of customer satisfaction. RETURN AND EXCHANGE are acceptable.
If for some reasons you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, we do offer the flexibility of a full refund, not including applicable shipping costs.
RETURN or EXCHANGE Products must be:
1, Returned within 30 days of receiving your original order.
2, Original factory condition and contains all original price tags and labels attached and undamaged.
3, Unwashed, Unworn, Uncut, and Undamaged including the packaging.
4, Odor free and Residue free.
5, All hair extension, weave, braid hair must be returned in brand new condition, untouched.
6, The product must be sent back at your expense. We recommend you use shipping provider with a signature confirmation service, and insurance to protect your package.

1, Customer is solely responsible for shipping any Returned product to Cacin hair.
2, Please use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and insure your package for safe return to Cacin hair or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you don't use a carrier that offers tracking or insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
3, Please use correct return address. If the customer's returned merchandise is rejected or not approved by our Return's department, the customer is responsible for the reship fee.
